The Mayflower
Hotel is situated close to the commercial, cultural and historical
attractions of London. Earl?s Court underground station is literally
a minute?s walk away and provides direct access to Heathrow
Airport. It offers 48 well equipped rooms, which are individually
themed and aim to create a relaxing and comfortable environment.
Originally a private Victorian town house, this family-run hotel
extends a warm welcome. This hotel stands out among the many
B&B disasters along this street by offering clean, comfortable,
and inviting (if unremarkable) accommodations. The queen of
England doesn't send overflow guests here, but frugal travelers
delight in the prices. The area is young and vibrant, and is
experiencing gentrification. Expect comfort rather than frills.
Each room has good linens on comfortable beds, and neat, shower-only
bathrooms. An elevator carries guests to every floor, and there
are luggage-storage facilities if you want to venture into the
countryside with a lighter load than you brought to (or acquired
in) London.
